LICENSING

PUMA Licensed Products complement the existing core PUMA product range. By activating specific partnerships for innovative products, they can also boost the regional relevance of our brand.

This year, PUMA fans in China could feel refreshed with our PUMA x L'Oréal Paris Men Expert Limited Edition of personal care and hairstyling products.

Globally, we accessed esports in novel ways with our new partner Skinvaders and enabled our consumers to wear PUMA inside their favorite games. Together, we created 3D skins and digital PUMA designs, which will be available for purchase on various gaming platforms and allow players to customize their digital avatars.

The PUMA X L'Oréal Paris Men Expert Collection and the new digital PUMA skins are two of the latest examples of how we enter into agreements with carefully selected licensing partners. This enhances the PUMA brand and brings different products to different segments and channels as well as potentially new and different end consumers.

At the same time, PUMA continued to grow its existing collaboration with Kering Eyewear on sunglasses and optical frames. The global Spring/Summer 20 marketing campaign included our PUMA athletes Gianmarco Tamberi and Alica Schmidt and was very well received by the market.

We also continued to work with German company Watex on work and safety wear, with German manufacturer ISM on safety shoes, with US group Fossil on watches and smart watches, and with Dutch group PLAYSEAT on gaming chairs.
