Designed in collaboration with Mike Camargo, Creative Consultant and Founder of Upscale Vandal, the Hometown Heroes collection was created with sports culture and team spirit in mind. This caps collection pays homage to PUMA’s heritage and is available in many different styles. It is inspired by New York Hometown Heroes who impacted their communities and gave back to the places they came from.
With a nod to our iconic PUMA Grip Bag, we partnered up with strong partners such as AMI and Palomo Spain to celebrate our heritage.
The PUMA x AMI collaboration celebrates love and friendship. Accessories stand out through their elevated simplicity and timeless, classic approach. Authentic heritage silhouettes like the Grip Bag and Boxy Crossbody bag sit alongside clean, relaxed headwear designs that elevate streetwear.
Accessories also played a key role in celebrating self-expression and gender fluidity in the extravagant PUMA x Palomo Spain collection. PUMA’s bicolour grip bag, the on-trend crossbody clutch and versatile headwear pieces, like the embroidered cap and printed satin scarf, provide a chic finishing touch.
PUMA teams in Formula 1 saw great victories and performances. The top spots went to PUMA teams Red Bull Racing, Mercedes AMG Petronas and Ferrari.
Accessories had great trackside visibility with drivers and team caps. This included two special edition caps for Champion Max Verstappen in Spa and Zandvoort. Also, Sergio Perez got his special cap for the Mexican Grand Prix.
With the 2022 beanie campaign, PUMA started a conversation about identity and equality. A total of 40 PUMA employees joined a photoshoot with renowned photographer Angélica Dass. The campaign had a strong message: PUMA employees are fun, diverse and unique – just like our headwear.
In 2022, we continued our popular and fully vegan PUMA Sense collection presented by super model Winnie Harlow.
