Nine gold medals, fifteen silver medals and seven bronze medals were awarded to PUMA athletes in their evoSPEED NITROTM spikes at the World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon, USA.
On the last day of competition, PUMA athlete Mondo Duplantis put the cherry on the cake, when he broke his own pole vault world record to claim his first outdoor world title, soaring over 6.21m.
In Eugene, PUMA outfitted 12 federations: Australia, the Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, the British Virgin Islands, Cuba, Jamaica, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Switzerland & Trinidad and Tobago.

Abby Steiner from the US further boosted our already impressive roster of track and field athletes. The fast-rising athletics star from the United States won two gold medals with PUMA spikes in the Women's 4x100m Relay and Women's 4x400m Relay at the World Athletic Championships.

PUMA hosted a global launch event for the PUMA Fit collection with ambassadors Pamela Reif and Raphaël Varane.
The PUMA x FRIDA KAHLO collection showcased gorgeous graphics that were inspired by the Mexican artist’s iconic works.
The next generation of PUMA’s training shoe, the FUSE 2.0, incorporates insights from athletes and the running community for improved performance. It features a no-sew construction for enhanced durability, PUMAGrip rubber for traction, PUMAFlex metatarsal grooves for foot splay and a heel clip to minimise unwanted movement. The FUSE 2.0 made its official debut at the highest stage – the CrossFit Games 2022.
